While I do not profess to understand the rules of polo, the atmosphere at the Portsea Polo is always great. Also, I can think of worse places than the Mornington Peninsula for a weekend getaway.

Unsurprisingly, it was an incredibly fun day at the 2020 Portsea Polo. The day’s activities included eating, drinking and being merry. Also, men and women on horses majestically galloped down a grass field, and every now and then we would all cheer for a goal.

Portsea is a stunning beachside town 90 minutes away from Melbourne. While down there, it is good fun to take a stroll down Millionaires Walk. Here you can stare longingly at the private jetties and beachfront mansions only the one percenters can afford.
